What happens in a Higher Self Reading?
We have a brief discussion where I explain what will happen in our session. We will connect to your Higher Self to receive the answers you are seeking and any additional messages that they wish to convey. We end the session with practical actions to help move you forwards. All sessions are held on zoom and are recorded. You will receive the audio recording of the reading after the session.
Sessions last 75 minutes. We recommend that you come prepared with a glass of water, a journal and pen to make any notes.
These sessions can feel emotionally intense so we ask you to be gentle with yourselves after the session.

In my 8 session coaching package, we work with your Higher Self to move you forward by releasing outdated beliefs and perspectives, asking you to take action and to practise living the life you want. One of my super powers is to an energy of insistence – in other words you will move forward, if we work together.
