Hello I am Sunayana Clark,
I am a Spiritual Life Coach and the author of Energetics Every Day Your Way (available on Amazon, Waterstones online and Blackwells online).
Over the last 30 years, as a holistic therapist, I have treated individuals with cancer, age related illnesses, Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, PTSD, Infertility and other hormonal problems. Many have also experienced childhood trauma, bereavement and other difficult circumstances.
Through this work, I understood that anxiety was making their experience worse and was often the manifestation of their emotional state. By helping them to understand the beliefs that are driving their anxiety, how it was being triggered and empowering them to take action and using bespoke coping mechanisms, they were able to overcome their anxiety.
I have also worked with cancer charities, the North London Motor Neurone Association and Enfield Asian Welfare Association.
I am the winner of the 2019 UK Enterprise Awards SME in the category Best Mental Health business.
How or when did my Higher Self get involved?
When I was doing Reiki sessions with clients, I noticed I was feeling nudges to move my hands or receiving information that left my clients astonished because of the insight.
Unknown to me, Athaliah (my Higher Self) had been helping me for over 25 years during client sessions creating radical transformations for them. This was an unconscious connection created by my request at the beginning of each treatment: “Please help me help my client to the best of my abilities.” This allowed her to start helping me. It never occurred to me that it would be my Higher Self would be helping me. I thought it might be Reiki guides.
In 2019 I consciously connected to Athaliah. Since then, my life has changed so much. I never feel alone. I have a loving constant confidant with a wonderful sense of humour who never judges. She offers loving assurance, insight and guidance helping me create a life that I love.
It is this conscious connection that I want to share with you. I want to help you to connect with your Higher Self and experience this unconditional love and support.

Who do I work with?
I love to work with two specific groups of people:
* Health and Well being practitioners to help them thrive in their businesses. They have so much knowledge, understanding, wisdom and experience to share with the world. They deserve to thrive and be successful.
*The Spiritually curious woman.
She has done some personal development work and is hungry for more knowledge. She maybe a qualified in a spiritual tradition e.g. Reiki or Rahaani, or a physical therapist or a mix of the two. She knows there is more to what she has been taught and is ready to dive in!

You want to live life purposefully and with intention.

Sunayana was chosen by her Higher Self Athalia to be the conduit for Connection for many of you across the globe. As a soul, Sunayana spent many 1000s of your Earth Years training for this. When you were in non-physical, you and your Higher Self agreed that you too would consciously connect at this moment in time. All the experiences you have had to date have led up to this point. You have been yearning for Change. Can you feel it – close your eyes and feel within yourself? The first step in Energetics Every Day is to connect with your Higher Self for it is in this connection that you will discover the Love, the Prosperity and Freedom that you desire.

Our stated ambition is to empower women across the globe. For it is in the rebalancing of male/female energy that we will thrive. Part of this rebalancing resides in our relationship with the Earth. This is our home and our foundation on which all else rests. We must therefore as a business take action to reduce our carbon footprint and cultivate an environment that promotes balance but also triggers HOPE for future generations for a cleaner more sustainable world.
